Off-Season Hockey Training At AIM.

AIM Athletic offers an innovative approach to hockey training – building on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals. Unlike other facilities, hockey players at AIM Athletic are coached from the moment they enter the gym to the moment they leave. AIM Athletic’s hockey training program is based on consistent, continual coaching.

Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning.

  • INJURY REDUCTION – Identify & Correct Muscular Imbalances, Balance & Stabilization, as well as reposition the body for maximum potential.

  • NUTRITION EDUCATION – Our coaches are also certified sports nutritionists and have partnered with BioSteel to provide tips and advice to help get the most out of all your sessions.
