AIM Athletic CANCELLATION POLICY

LATE CANCELLATIONS

1:1 Personal Training

Failure to successfully communicate a request to cancel, a minimum of 24-hours prior to a scheduled appointment will result in the loss of said appointment. If there are no sessions on account to deduct from, a drop in rate will be charged. Email communications to info@aimathletic.com are recommended.

Small Group Training

Failure to successfully communicate a request to cancel, a minimum of 12-hours prior to a scheduled appointment will result in the loss of said appointment. If there are no sessions on account to deduct from, a drop in rate will be charged. Email communications to info@aimathletic.com are recommended.

ICBC Active Rehabilitation/Kinesiology

Failure to successfully communicate a request to cancel, a minimum of 24-hours prior to a scheduled appointment will result in the charge of 1/2 the compensation provided by ICBC for the kinesiology session $42.50. In the case unforeseen absences, virtual sessions may be conducted in the place of an in-person session. Email communications to info@aimathletic.com are recommended.

Sport Specific Training

Failure to successfully communicate a request to cancel, a minimum of 12-hours prior to a scheduled appointment will result in the loss of said appointment. If there are no sessions on account to deduct from, a drop in rate will be charged. Email communications to info@aimathletic.com are recommended.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

Annual/Monthly Small Group Personal Training Membership Terms

  • Termination of packages can be done at any time, with a minimum of 14-days notice. Notice must be give via email to info@aimathletic.com

  • 13 Billing Cycles will occur. They will take place every 4 weeks.

  • This membership will automatically renew after 30-days, unless a minimum of 2 weeks notice has been provided via email.

  • 1 Freeze will be permitted during the term of this membership. The payment schedule will be paused and the term of the membership extended.

  • Freezes can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks in duration.

  • A $50 charge will be applied for every additional week added to a freeze term above 4 weeks.

  • We require 5 business days notice for all freezes.

  • Membership Termination Fees will only be waived for medical reasons, with a Doctor's note provided.

  • Unlimited Members are limited to 1 booking/day.

  • Failure to attend, or cancel a session within 12-hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of a session. In the event there are no sessions remaining on account, or it is an Unlimited Member; a Single Session Drop In fee will be charged to your account.

    Refund Policy:

    Partially Completed Packages, Fully Completed Packages, and Punch Passes:

    1. No refunds will be given for partially completed packages, fully completed packages, or punch passes.

    2. Once a package or punch pass has been started or fully utilized, no refunds will be issued.

    3. This policy applies to all services, regardless of the circumstances or reasons for the refund request.

    4. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchases before committing to a package or punch pass.
