Small group personal training at AIM Athletic was designed to bridge the gap between 1:1 personal training and group fitness classes. You are more than just a number and everyone’s body is different. Our class sizes are small so you get the attention and coaching to suit your specific needs, while still getting a great workout, and avoiding injury. These classes involve traditional strength training methods using weights, and focus on the fundamental squat, hip hinge, pressing and pulling patterns. All experience levels and abilities are welcome and modifications to any exercise can be made to suit your body.
