I recently had the opportunity to contribute to an article on the Vitamin Shoppe’s blog titled 4 Unexpected Health Metrics That May Predict Longevity. The piece explores some less obvious indicators that can give us real insight into long term health outcomes, metrics like grip strength, walking speed, sit to stand ability, and resting heart rate. These aren’t just abstract data points; they’re practical measures of how well the body performs day to day and how resilient it is over time.
